1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
- Main centres: 2 – 4 business days.
- Regional & outlying areas: 3 – 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and dimensions.
- Free shipping thresholds, where offered, are shown in the store or at checkout.
3. International Shipping
International delivery is available on request. Please contact marcuis@khulumanigroup.co.za before ordering for a shipping quote and estimated timeline. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
4. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details.
5. Delivery Address & Failed Delivery
- Please provide an accurate, complete delivery address and a contactable phone number.
- KMG is not liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect address details.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided or to the person accepting the parcel at that address.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and notify us within 48 hours at marcuis@khulumanigroup.co.za so we can resolve the matter quickly.
