• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and, unless stated, include VAT where applicable.
• We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, colours and images are accurate; slight variations may occur due to screen calibration and handcrafted finishing.
• Stock is limited. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund orders affected by such errors.

An order is a binding offer to purchase. KMG confirms acceptance when we dispatch the goods. Payment is processed through our payment providers via secure checkout. We do not store your card details.

Booking enquiries submitted through the site are non-binding until KMG issues a written booking confirmation and any required deposit has been received.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Do not upload viruses, scrape content at scale, or interfere with other users' experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KMG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
